Can you take photos for me?
Some of our members form a team of events photographers, to inquire about their services please fill in this form and our events team officer will be in touch shortly!
Does the society have access to a darkroom?
We now have access to a darkroom, but access is currently limited. Please join our WhatsApp group and check our Instagram for the latest information.
We have a film scanner available to use for free by full members of the society and we are working to improve the facilities available to our members.
Are your events free? Where do I get membership?
Our events are usually free for members, check out the event’s What’s On page to check (instructions in the question below).

We have two types of membership: Standard and Premium (Equipment). Our standard membership enables members to join any event such as workshops, socials and photowalks. Our premium membership combines this with the ability to book out our equipment and attend our darkroom sessions.
Where do I find your events?
Our events can be found in two places, Instagram and the UCL Student's Union What’s On calendar. These places will display our events and have a sign-up link in the description of the event. You may have to search for our events by putting in the word “photo” into the search bar of the What’s On Calendar.

Do you have a group chat?

The password is ‘portico’, all lower case.
